Your certificate is issued under DBPR Approved Program Provider #3383808, Florida Food Handler's Training Corp, and is valid for three years. Plain-language lessons written for Florida kitchens, bars and dining rooms: handwashing and hygiene, reporting illness, time and temperature, cross-contamination, cleaning and sanitizing, allergens, receiving and storage, and what a DBPR inspector checks.
